Some people "put" words....Be aware

I've noticed how easy is to start and make a mess of a moment. When I was working one day and the person to take my place did not arrived on time, my boss inmediately showed a sign of annoyance. This time my hubby was there already ready to take me home...to ease the situation...he commented on how buses don't run on time, a second you can miss it. His conversation was enough to switch the mood, the environment into a more tolerant one.

Without notice the direction of a conversation we can loose control of it and gain some extra displeassure in our lives. I'm not sure how frequently people I talk to, finish my sentences even with ideas I was not going to say...Anyway, being aware makes me realise that I am in control.
