Perception?) : and many more issues are depicted my way all through the book. All Is Well is about lessen the suffering by being aware of our actions and choices and acknowledging that everything is alright and everything happens for a reason which we may not see at the moment but soon we will.
Quantum physicists revealed that our bodies are energy. And according to Socrates, energy or soul. The soul is "energy which was there before man and other material things", in (Anando). If we believe that God is light, and that we were created from the same source that he is, aren't we connected to that source of energy? how do we "plug" into the right vibration to lighten up our surroundings?.
The way energy behaves, waves, particles and the influence of mind in them, may help us to accept some concepts hard to understand, and some truth stated by the mystics. It gives a path to the understanding of "miracles", and how health and everything else works. "You cannot separate one energy vibration from another energy vibration. We have to recognize that in the world we live in we are entangled in an unfathomable number of energy vibrations and we are connected to all of them! Bruce Lipton
All Is Well reminds humankind that life is simple, that life is great, that life is what it is. What makes it "good or bad" is the mind. Human created desires, false concepts such self-preservation (Goldsmith), stories fabricated in the mind from false beliefs or unreal
expectations and perceptions. By practicing what Red Hawk called observation, (the tool we came to earth equipped with to live in harmony with each other and the planet), we uncover the truth: The fact that all is well after a few months or years a beloved one has departed shows us that life goes on bringing new experiences and adventures to learn from; observing that poor as well as rich people can be happy no matter the circumstances, teaches us that it is in the attitude we show while facing situations and not on the things themselves, reaching this way the "dominion" over the things of the earth (Genesis 1:26)
All Is Well is the reality of one life, unique as everyone else's. It states the truth that help us to be free from the chains of unworthiness, sin, and guilt. The truth that everyone talks about and everyone knows about but not everyone lives like it. It is a reminder of the potentialities we have to create harmony, well being and peace in our world knowing that we are family, that we are all one. This can happen when we live one second at a time
experiencing and reflecting on all kinds of feelings and creating our own effects away from previous and settled judgements.
We need to turn off the TV and get back to live our own life instead of living others’ lives....we need to remember and be reminded that we came to enjoy life like some children can, having fun most of the time. Everyone regardless to culture, religion, color, gender, economic situation, is unique, wonderful, meant to shine in her/his own way. There is no reason for egos to compete nor for greediness. I want the readers to enhance their lives while having a feeling of worthiness, fairness, willingness when reading my poems. I want the power of each poem to stay with the reader and have a positive effect in their choices. I encourage the reader to reflect and write their own singular and unique experiences. We must set priorities in order thinking first in humanity as a whole spiritual united being.
